At Jetbagla, entering the wrong password several times in a row will temporarily lock your account — this is a security measure to prevent unauthorised access. The lock typically lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and set a new password using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. If the OTP doesn't arrive or the account is still locked after 30 minutes, contact us via Live Chat or at support@jetbagla.click. The support team will verify your identity and restore access — usually within 15 minutes. To avoid this in the future, enable 2FA on your account; that way, even if you forget your password, you can still log in using an OTP.
Jetbagla follows international Sports Betting standards for cancelled or suspended matches. If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and the full stake is automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. If a match is suspended after a certain point of play, bets whose outcomes were already determined — such as the first wicket or the first goal — are generally settled. In cricket, if a match is abandoned due to rain or weather, all pre-match bets are fully refunded. For live bets, results are considered valid if at least 90% of the match has been completed. For exact settlement dates and full rules, please refer to the Terms & Conditions page.
Slots at Jetbagla are available across several distinct categories. Classic Slots: Classic 3-reel games in the traditional style — simple, fast, and ideal for beginners. Video Slots: 5 or more reels, multiple paylines (10 to 243), bonus rounds, free spins, and special wild features. This is the most popular slot type. Megaways Slots: The number of paylines changes with every spin, sometimes giving you over 100,000 ways to win. Progressive Jackpot Slots: A portion of every bet contributes to a shared prize pool; the jackpot can reach crores of BDT. Crash Games: Crash-style games like Aviator where a multiplier climbs and you need to cash out at the right moment. All slots come from providers including Pragmatic Play, Habanero, and PG Soft — with RTP generally ranging from 95% to 98%. Visit the Games page to browse all available games.
To withdraw from Jetbagla, log in to your account and go to the "Financial Transactions" or "Withdrawal" section. Enter the amount (minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per request), select your payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), and provide your registered number. Once submitted, funds typically arrive within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Your first withdrawal will not be processed until KYC is complete — after approval, subsequent withdrawals proceed at normal speed. Your real-money balance is kept separate from bonus funds; bonus balances only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met. VIP members benefit from faster processing and higher limits. Visit the Financial Transactions page for full details.
Credit timing varies depending on the type of win. Sports Betting: Once odds are settled after a match ends, winnings are added to your wallet immediately — usually within 1–5 minutes. Live bets are credited even faster, right after the match concludes. Casino & Slots: Winnings are credited to your balance instantly as soon as the spin or round ends. Progressive Jackpot: Large winnings are typically credited within 24 to 72 hours after manual verification. Tournament Prizes: Prizes are awarded within 48 hours of a tournament ending. If winnings haven't arrived after 3 hours, contact support with your bet ID for a quick resolution.

Slot Tournaments: Rankings are based on total winnings or number of spins on designated slot games within a set timeframe. The top 10 or 20 players receive cash prizes. Sports Leaderboard: Points are awarded based on total bet amount or correct predictions in specific tournaments (such as IPL or the Premier League). Prize amounts vary by event — total prize pools typically range from ৳10,000 to ৳5,00,000. Minimum bet requirements and eligible games are listed on each tournament's page. Prizes are generally distributed within 48 hours of the tournament ending.
